Why We’re The Most Patient-focused Physical Therapy Clinic in Mid-Missouri
“My son started seeing Kristie for leg spasms and flat feet almost 2 years ago. At the time we were on our path towards a diagnosis of mitochondrial myopathy. He does not warm up to doctors very easily, but he warmed up to Kristie right away. She is so knowledgeable about the body and helped us look at the big picture, fitting all the pieces together to figure out what would help him best.”CBParent
“Kristie was very warm and welcoming during our first meeting and listened to my ongoing health issues patiently. Like me, she had a concern about the amounts and types of prescription medication I was taking to try and “mask” my pain and not helping my ongoing chronic condition.
By making Kristie's suggested changes and incorporating the new therapy into my life, I've lessened my prescriptions and I’m learning to manage my pain through Kristie’s therapy approach.”LHPatient
“Our daughter suffered from pain in her knee and leg for several years from a prior surgery. We tried different avenues to help with the pain and our daughter found no relief until we met Kristie. Kristie worked with our daughter to make her stronger and more confident. Kristie uses a holistic approach to pain management that focuses on the whole body and long-term pain relief.”DSParent

What we can help you achieve
Initial Evaluation | Treatment Sessions | Wellness | Exploratory Visits
Your initial appointment will focus on obtaining background, skilled hands-on assessment, determining your personal goals, and making a plan of care to help you achieve those goals. This type of appointment requires a script for physical therapy from a physician, dentist, chiropractor, or nurse practitioner prior to your appointment.
Treatment sessions will focus on hands-on treatment to eliminate dysfunction in your body and promote wellness and healing. Additionally, we will teach you specific exercises to restore strength and balance throughout your body. Through our personalized approach, you will have access to your therapist through an online messaging program so that you can ask questions as you go.
After completion of your program, we offer many options for ongoing wellness planning. This includes nutritional education, exercise tracking, and intermittent assessment.
If you have specific questions regarding our treatment approach or your specific health concerns, please contact us for an exploratory visit. We will answer your questions and work with you to develop a plan to achieve your goals. These sessions may be done in person or via computer, depending on scheduling and do not require a physician script. These appointments do not include any hands-on treatment or assessment.
