Welcome to Libertas Physical Therapy
We provide treatments for all ages, alleviating pain and dysfunction so our patients can obtain their optimal performance level faster and return to the activities they love. We want you to feel better, BE better, and avoid surgery or medications - we help you heal, naturally.
Pediatric treatment sessions are as unique as each child. Each session will provide hands-on treatment to the child, in addition to hands-on parent training so that you learn ways to help your child at home. Depending on the needs of your child, these visits may be completed in a clinic or other community setting.
Pelvic pain and pelvic dysfunction are widely under treated (and under-discussed) conditions in our community – and they shouldn’t be!! Our bodies are amazing, complex, and interconnected. Pelvic issues present in many ways and can be the underlying reason behind back and hip pain. Some common symptoms of pelvic dysfunction include pelvic pain, pain with intercourse, pain with going to the bathroom, difficulty releasing urine/bowel or difficulty controlling urine or bowel (aka incontinence). If you have concerns with any of these, please contact us to learn more about treatment options.
You are what you eat, drink, and breathe. We’ve known that since being children – but do you really listen to your body? Inflammation is your body’s way of telling you that something is off and that change is needed. Diet and nutrition plays a big role in healing and wellness. We will discuss inflammation and simple adjustments that can be made to get you feeling and performing at your best.
